Artwork Use/Permmission Specifications

All images contained herein are the sole property of Emily Stern Düwel (hereinafter referred to as the "artist").

The artist retains all rights and permissions to her artwork, including the right to revoke permission for its use at any time whatsoever and without explanation. The extension of any use permission in no way confers ownership of the image (whether the original or a digital or other copy) on anyone other than the artist.

The use or distribution of said images via the Internet is permitted solely for educational purposes by practicing educators seeking to promote learning among their students or private individuals seeking no profitable gain from their websites or blogs.

The artist must receive full credit immediately adjacent to the display of her artwork. The artwork may be proportionally scaled but may not otherwise be altered without the artist's prior permission.

It is expressly forbidden to reproduce said artwork in any print format whatsoever without the prior written permission of the artist. It is further forbidden to display said artwork in digital format in connection with any commercial or profit-making endeavor, without the artist's express permission. This includes but is not limited to commercial art registry websites.
